At 45,000 sq.ft., our expanding production headquarters make it easier than ever to increase production capacity.
The very latest machinery and tooling is speeding the process of turning round bigger and more frequent orders for sliced, grated and block cheeses.
There’s now a dedicated secondary slicing and packaging line, giving the business an invaluable extra resource and providing round-the clock back-up.
New storage and warehousing is offering added flexibility to all logistics.
We also have a brand new development kitchen for product testing and so we can demonstrate melt points and other performance characteristics to our customers.

Every step of the production process is subject to exceptional levels of monitoring…from the arrival of raw materials through to the ultra-controlled environment for products awaiting despatch.
Taking pride in everything we do is the backbone of our business. So our new facilities are built to accommodate the highest possible levels of quality control, including the meticulous grading of every batch of cheese for quality and flavour, and the refrigeration of high and low care areas with pressure-filtered air to operating theatre standards.
